PUBLIC HEARING
A. Planned Unit Development Amendment – Spring Court Condominiums
Tri-Cities Habitat for Humanity requests a public hearing for an amendment to the Spring Court planned unit development on the property located off of River Street in Spring Lake, Parcel # 70-03-14-375-098, # 70-03-14-375-099, and # 70-03-14-375-102. The original planned unit development approval required completion of the project by December 31, 2008. The owner requests that the Village extend the planned unit development approval through December 31, 2012. There are no other changes proposed to the approved plans for the project.
VI. OLD BUSINESS
PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment would consolidate the public hearing notice requirements in Section 3.24, Chapter 3, General Provisions, and eliminate individual references to public hearing notice requirements found elsewhere in the zoning ordinance.
