Approval of the Minutes of the May 26, 2009, Regular Meeting. V. NEW BUSINESS A. Change of Use – 711 East Savidge Street Nancy Leete has requested that the Planning Commission approve a change of use from industrial to commercial for the property located at 711 East Savidge Street, Spring Lake. The property is part of the East Village planned unit development. Plans call for conversion of the former Bold Furniture facility to a commercial child day care facility. VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII.
