ROW Parking Permit

If you live on a street without curb and gutter, you cannot park in the right-of-way (ROW) without a permit. If you have not yet obtained a permit, you can do so at Village Hall for $5. Failure to have a permit will result in penalty from the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office. View the Village ordinance here.

Mass Gathering Ordinance

The Village of Spring Lake Mass Gathering Ordinance #357, adopted November 18, 2019, applies to public events occurring on Village public property that are expected to draw 100 people or more. To apply to hold such an event and reserve your date and location, event planners must submit a Mass Gathering Application, fee and security deposit to Village Hall at 102 W. Savidge St. It is strongly recommended that applications be submitted no less than 120 days before the intended event.

Mass Gathering Application Fee: $150.00

Mass Gathering Application Deposit: $250.00

Mass Gathering Tent (400 Sq Ft or larger) Permit: $10.00

Ottawa Co. Sheriff’s Office Presence: See contract for fees

Rent Barber School

Barber School is available to rent for graduations, wedding and just about anything! To the West of Barber School there is a gazebo. The gazebo has a great atmosphere for an intimate wedding ceremony or socializing. The Great Room can be used for meetings or social functions such as birthdays, graduations, showers, etc.
